I have checked my *** Email address is removed for privacy *** account thoroughly, it shows no sign of comprimise- no suspicious activity, MFA is active, etc. I cannot follow either of the steps mentioned in that email because I do not have access to the account at all. There's no apparent way for me to delete this bogus account that was created using my email address. I have gone through several different help pages on, but those all require an email address (which I no longer own, since the hacker switched the address), or knowledge of the account name (which I don't have since I didn't' set up the account). All of this was done in about 2 minutes, and I was never given a chance to prevent this account creation. About 2 hours ago, someone created a Microsoft/Outlook/Live account using one of my email addresses and then switched it to a different email address.
